This study was planed to make basic materials on aprtment housing data feed-back system for planners and builders by spesialists engaged in public health. Now, great many sanitary accidents are occuring every year in many cities as nomber of aprtment housing stock grous big. There are many grievances broght to health centers by dwellers too. Environmental health officer who inspect building equipments, can often find unsuitable planning, execution work and housing management. Planners or builders ofen make unsuitable points because of teire ignorance to housing management, especialy to sanitary management. Sanitary management ofen become blind spots for plnner and builder. If suitable planning were realized in every apartment housing, about a half of these accidents and grievances may be reduced. There are many data feed-back methods for planners and builders planed by specialists engaged in public health, for instance, sientific report, lecture meeting, book, leaflet, and exhibitioin, these methods can get good result not always. Most effective method is to show the accidents and grievances got by environmental health officers for planners before they get building confirmation. I found out only a few local governments have this data feed-back system. Data are limited, for instance on water supply, draining, dust yard and related equiment, but extremly effecive to improve unsuitable planning. It's necessary to promote the spread of this system in a harry.
