Research Abstract |
The author intended to clarify nurse's legal responsibilities on fer professional care through analyzing 47 cases in Japan and 30 cases in United States. Findings and reasons stated in these cases suggest us following procedures to be adopted as nurse's legal responsibilities : to provide an accurate and prudent prognosis ; to observe general health and safety conditions for client ; and to make an immediate report and consult a qualified physician if abnormal symptoms or signs were observed.
