| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this research is to explore a little further into the mutual reration between employment policy and welfare policy for disabled persons. First of all we have to inquire into their laber problem, then into "comunity life function" -take part in comunity life and town planning-, instead of restricting the discussion to their "domestic life function".
This reserch lead to the conclusion that "working" has a particular meaning for disabled person, not only making money but also conecting with society and making friends. Therefore if we make "the comprehensive support system, focused on working" in each comunity, that enable handicapped to live in normal way of living even if their parents pass away.
Thus we have an outlook on organizing social policies for disabled persons. Because of it has been said that we Japanese have various kinds of "menu", but we cannot supply even basic needs. All these things make it clear that disabled person's issue elder person's issue, too -for example, senile and bedridden aged. Becouse of entering an aging society rapidly, social welfare policy is very important for Japanese women and their cooperative society.
