Research Abstract |
At first, this study, classifying the textbook administration system of all states into some representative types, had attempted to clarify the process of the historical change and the developmental structure of those systems. However, since we found that the textbook administration systems in the United States were very diverse beyond our expectations, and that we couldn't understand the actual conditions of the textbook administration system of each state if we didn't investigate them individually and absolutely, we must change the course of the study to micro-analysis direction. Invitably we need much time, if we try to investigate the actual conditions and the historical change of each state system individually and absolutely and to systematize them ; therefore, we could only research California state textbook administration system, one of the representatives of state-centralization system, within the given research terms. Consequently, this study remains many things to be researched, and this report has only playd the role of introduction of the whole study program. The concrete findings of this study within the given terms are included in the doctoral dissertation presented at the next page.
