| Research Abstract |
I have got next three research results.
1.Japanese semi-conductor makers produced especially memory I C (Integrated circuit). But, now, they have to carry out creative research and development to their existence.
2.Many Multinational companies show interest in intellectual proprietary rights and patents, So, japanese semi-conductor maker need to protect their patents and to develop their soft ware.
3.Japanese semi-conductor maker must harmonize with small business in Japan and overseas company.
