Research Abstract

今年度は同変コホモロジー理論およびその応用に関する新たな知見を得る事が出来た。具体的には,「G-Г空間」の一般化である「G-Г^∞空間」の理論を構築し,それを用いて従来よりはるかに簡明なE_∞同変環スペクトラムの構成法を開発することが出来た。さらに,この理論を用いることにより,
1.有限群Gが作用する双モノイド圏の代数的K理論をPeter Mayの意味におけるE_∞同変環スペクトラムで表現すること,および,
2.同変J準同形を誘導する射k_G→Sph_G(ただし,Gは有限群,k_Gは同変K理論を表現する連結Gスペクトラム)の存在を示し、それを用いて同変Adams予想の証明を完成させること,などが可能となった。そのほかにも,
3.関数空間のホモトピー型,
4.リーマン幾何における幾何学的不等式,
5.L_1空間におけるエルゴード定理,6.バナッハ空間上の線形作用素の成す半群,などに関する顕著な成果も得られた。
