Research Abstract |
A total of 123 patients with bronchial asthma were investigated by DPC-Specific IgE Kit (Ala STAT) and CAP RAST System for the presence of allergenicities against chironomid antigens. The percentage of case who showed positive two tests to the antigens of Chironomus plumosus, Chironomus yoshimatsui and Tokunagayusurika akamusi were 6.5%, 8.9% and 2.4%, respectively.
