Research Abstract |
The analysis of the regulation of gene expression for the genes associated with eosinophils were caried out. 1.GATA-1 plays an important role in the eosinophil defferentiation of eosinophilic cell line, HL-60-C15 cells, and normal human bone marron cells. 2.In the promoter for the gene encoding human eosinophil peroxidase, a number of positively and negatively acting elements were identified. 3.The regulatory regions of Charcot-Leyden crystal protein were identified.
