Research Abstract |
The basic examination apatite coated by the LPD (Liquid Phase Deposition) method was done. As a result, the following finding was obtained. 1. The mole ratio of the density of a suitable calcium ion and phosphate ion of the dipping solution was 1.7. 2. Stainless steel, titanium, quartz and alumina ware suitable for ware of material coated with the apatite. 3. The pretreatment of the substrate process with the sodium hydroxide solution, and after is washing with purified water and ethanol by ultrasonication. 4. Iminodiacetic acid was used as clelating agent. 5. Surface compounds were found calcium deficient apatite containing carbonate, by x-ray diffraction and infrared absorption spectrum measurement deposition product. 6. As for the thin film extracted to the material, strength was insufficient. Then for heat-treated, the crystallization of apatite progresses and strength of a thin film has increased.
