This study aims at establishing the undergraduating educational measures for learning basic views, Knowledge, and decision making training required to medical students to become the physicians who are capable of approprate medical management in any specific future career. <<Forcuses>> ・Micro View Training : The communication activities required to physicians such as responces on the clients' demand, medical record and prescription management, Data protection and Informed concent making ・Macro View Training : With focusing on organization and information management, recognizing the efficient of medical resources such as Health Care at Home, Team Practice, Hospital Organization Management, Materials Suply management, and Interfacility Corelationship. <<The Improvement of practical training measures>> I changed the traditional general instruction objects and Lerning strategies on the social medical field. during clinical training terms (5 students in a group). Given the imaginary subject of building the idealistic hospital in "2010", students carried out the observation practice, planning, and role play as "facility staffs". From the veiws of their indivisual roles, they observed the actual conditions of the medical systems management including the home health care management. Then they study their own "idealistic hospital" and "idealistic local medical systems" in accordance with referring to various literatures. Furthemore after carrying out the macro plan of the Ideal Hospital presentations and imagenary simulation "to consult the patient" who were visited by students and they discussed in their groups concerning the propriety of plan, the specific activities of descussion required to physicians. <<Evaluation of educational effect>> I analyzed how their knowledge and views about the medical management changed before and after learning. According to the pre-test of practice, they were mainly interested in clinical diagnosis & treatment and lick of social systematic medical views. However after the training, they showed the surprising improvement and the educational effect was recognized. Less
