Research Abstract

新規ポリエーテル・イオノフォア抗生物質テトロナシンの全合成を、下図に示すような合成計画のもとに達成することができた(Tetrahedron Lett.1993,34,2183-2186.).
式(1)に示す全合成の最終段階の改良であるが,アルデヒドを塩化ジルコニウム存在下ジアゾアセタートと反応させて得られるbeta-ケトエステル体の分子内エステル縮合によつてテトロン酸骨格を形成するしいう手法について検討し,一般的な5位無置換-3-アシル・テトロン酸の構築法として確立することができた(J.Org.Chem.,1994,59,488-490.).
さらに、収率等改善すべき点がある.そこで,式(2)に示した連続 Knoevenagel・Hetero Diels-Alder 反応を利用するC環部の改良合成法,および式(3)に示す高立体選択的なBC環部構築法,を検討している.
