Research Abstract |
What we have achieved is as follows : Akai found through considering the problem of age division that literature grows according to its own rules. Kawai studied theories of literature by the accient writers by focusing on two currents of literature after the Middle Tang Age. Kato arrived at the conclusion that Du-fu took the lead in the MiddleTang Age through analyizing the eccentric descriptions of Du-fu' poetry. Aiko traced the shift of the expression of change of 'rain' from the Middle Tang Age to the Late Tang Age. Ichikawa analyzed how peoples in Europe accepted the poetry of the Middle Tang Age. Okada studied the life of chivalrous poet Liu-cha and his poetry. Matsumoto found the features of the birds that can't fly in Liu-zong yuan's poetry, considering the various aspects of them. Tominaga studied the romance in the Middle Tang Age from the viewpoint of entertainment. Saito investigated the relationships between music and literature from various angles. Furukawa found how the concept of retirement of intellectuals in the Middle Tang Age. Asami studied the relationships between poetry and pictures from an aspect of representation. Ono studied a theory of calligraphy from an aesthetic point of view. Sueoka studied the Han-yu's literature and his thought as well as the social background. Seo studied on the relationships between the structure of building in Daminggong and that of politics and society.
