Research Abstract |
We have developed a catalytic asymmetric construction of benzylic quarternary carbons. The strategy utilizes an asymmetric Heck reaction. By using this method, we have achieved catalytic asymmetric syntheses of bioactive molecules such as eptazocine, capnellene and halenaquinol.
