We have studied as follows
(1) Outline of the foreign workers in Japan
(2) Housing condition of the newcomers
(3) Policy and administration of the government for the workers
We have investigated some examples related to the housing administration for the foreign workers
(4) Urban renewal of the squatter settlement on the riverbed in Kyoto City
(5) Housing condition of the Korean squatter settlement on Tamagawa riverbed, as well as the intention of the people relating to the urban renewal
(6) "Korean Town Project" of Sakuramoto in Kawasaki City
(7) Foreigners' settlement in Mimamikomae park where victime of the big earthquake living in temporary houses
We have been studying on the overstay workers with whom we have had only a little contact, and we will continue to study
