Research Abstract |
FOR ABH BLOODTYPING MIXED-STAIN COMSISTING OF THE SAME KIND OF BODY FLUIDS,WE TRYED TO SPECIFIC ABSORBE A OR B BLOOD EPITOPE BY NITROCELLULOSE OR MICROTITE PLATE WHICH WAS COATED WITH ANTI-A OR-B ANTIBOY.HOWEVER,WE COULD NOT ABSORBE A OR B EPITOPE DUE TO LOW CAPACITY OF THE MEMBRANE AND PLATE.TO SEPARATE ABH EPITOPES OF MIXED STAIN SCOMSISTING OF DIFFERENT KIND OF BODY FLUIDS,WETTIED TO PREPARE MONOCLONAL ANTLIBODY AGAINST TEAR OR AMNITIC FLUID.IT WAS REVEALED THAT BOTH THE ANTIBOIES HAD SPECIFICITY TO PROTEINS IN TEAR OR AMNITIC FLUID carrying ABH blood group epitopes. IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THE MONOCLONAL ANTIBOIES COULD BE APLLYED TO FORENSIC PRACTICE TO DETECT SEPARATELY ABH BLOOD GROUP FROM MIXED STAINS CONSISTING OF DIFFERENT KIND OF BODY FLUID.
