Research Abstract |
Zona-Pellucida protein was kindly offerred from a bovine IVF research center. Polyclonal antibody against bovine Zona-Pellucida protein was produced by immuniging those proteins to the rabbit. Immunoglobulin fraction was prepared from a serum obtained from the rabbit. Immunofluorecent tsst using the rabbit Polyclonal antibody and bovine Zona-Pellucida was positive. Immunofluorecent tsst using the rabbit Polyclonal antibody and human Zona-Pellucida was also positive, but negative control also show some fluorescency. In order to separate Zona-Pellucida from ovum, manupirater was used and purified Zona-Pellucida protein were reinjected to produce another antibody. The new Polyclonal antibody were more specific than the first antibody.
