Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to examine pupils' and students' scholarship on the Food area and home life conditions in Japan and Taiwan. The results were as follows. 1. Japanese pupils were poorly knowledge about foods on sorting by nutrient. 2. Japanese pupils' ability of thinking scientifically were higher than Taiwanese puplis. 3. Japanese pupils' attitude to the food life were passive. Escially boys' group were passiver than girls'. 4. Japanese pupils' score of health-oriented were lower. 5. Japanese students' attitude and consciousness to consumer behavior were poor.
