| Research Abstract |
アニサチン(1)やネオアニサチン(2)のGABA(3)拮抗作用の分子機構解明研究のため、(1)と(2)の分子変換を行った。その結果、トリデオキシネオアニサチン(13)を始めとして10種のアニサチン・ネオアニサチン構造修飾体(4)〜(13)を合成することが出来た。
