| Research Abstract |
アメリカ、イギリス両国の関連機関への文献・資料請求、及び国内での文献・資料の検索・収集を行い、その分析を通じて、近年の住宅事情及び住宅政策の動向、非営利組織の類型とそれぞれの制度的基盤、住宅政策における非営利住宅供給の位置づけ、非営利住宅への補助金・低利融資・税制優遇等の公的施策の仕組みと現状、非営利住宅のファイナンス構造、非営利組織の活動内容とそのプロジェクトの特性、非営利住宅に関わる多様な組織のネットワークの構造を明らかにした。これを通じて、現状の住宅供給システムにおける非営利住宅の位置と意義を解明することができた。
