Research Abstract

pulse generatoによる種々のpulsatile flowでのpulmonary vascular resistance(Rp)の変化は以下のようであった。
1)non pulratileとpulsatile flowではpulsatile flowの周波数が400beat/minをこえない範囲ではいずれの振幅においてもpressure flow curveの解析によるRpは、pulsatile flowがRp低下をもたらした。
2)pulsatile flowの中では周波数が70〜280のあいだではRpはほとんど変化なかったがそれをこえるあるいは下回る周波数においてはRpは高値をとることがわかった。
以上よりpulatile flowはRp低下の効果をもちさらにその中でも最適周波数振幅があることが示唆された。
