脂肪酸結合蛋白I-15Pのステロイドホルモン代謝に関する分子生物学的検討

Research Abstract

ラット小腸粘膜より単離された蛋白質I-15Pは、その一次構造の解析より、脂肪酸結合蛋白ファミリーに属していると推定されたが、脂肪酸結合能を欠き、その特異リガンドおよび生理活性は依然不明である。しかしその組織分布(回腸、副腎皮質、卵巣黄体)は、I-15Pがステロイド代謝または回腸における胆汁酸の再吸収に関与する可能性を示唆している。
Rat,Mause,HumanでI-15Pの種特異性および組織分布を検討し、以下の結果を得た。Ratにおいて、Western blot、Northern blot解析より卵巣黄体と回腸に、またRt-PCR法で副腎皮質に発現が確認された。Mause,Humanにおいて、Western blot、Northern blot解析より回腸に、またRt-PCR法で卵巣黄体に発現が確認された。
