Research Abstract

まず、この重点領域研究の計画研究「創発的適応・学習に関する理論とその応用」の計画年度全体を通じて,種々の試行錯誤的な様相も見られたが,まとめると以下の点を明らかにした。すなわち,学習・適応と言う主題に関して,計算機上の実験と実機を使った実環境の遊離を種々の問題領域で示したこと.なおかつそれらの解決策を模索し,それらの理論体系を提示したことである.また,この分野の新しいパラダイムが提示されかつそれらへのアプローチが行われたことも評価したい.以下得られた研究業績概略を列挙する.
・情報処理機能の創発;本計画研究の基礎理論的背景を構成するものであり,ここではUTMに基づくプロテイアンモデルとして進化する機能一般化理論を提示している.
・知覚メカニズムの構築;アフォーダンス理論実現機構を波動場モデルとして開発.
・RWC向き機能学習理諭の構築;成功例重視のNN付強化学習機構を開発し実機評価.
IPDにおける価値観の創発;多数囚人ジレンマ問題に価値観を導入し社会性を議論.
・カオス機能学習モデル構築;複数のアトラクターを持つ強化学習メカニズムを構築.
・RWC向き適応型神経回路網の構築;猿などの高速神経情報処理機構模倣NNを実現.
・行為系列に基づく環境認識の創発;行動とその系列による環境高速認識機構の構築.
・身体性に基づく学習状態空間の創発;学習エージェントの内部モデルと環境の対応.
・行動に基づく強化学習内部モデル構築;マルチエージェント系の状態空間の計量分析.
・学習オートマトンによる創発的計算理論の構築;複数学習オートマトンによるEC.
・自己進化可能な分散ロボットシステムの開発;進化と学習の関係を実験を通して明示.
・学習に基づく自律的スケジューリングの研究;AGVエージェントの強化学習付制御.
・マルチエージェント系の通信機能の創発;通信プロトコルのゲームを通じた創発機構.
