Research Abstract

1)大動脈血管平滑筋細胞において、vasopressinやendothelin-1などのagonistは、Ca^<2+>透過性陽イオンチャネルを活性化し、細胞外からのCa^<2+>流入をきたし、これが収縮に重要な役割を演じていることが明らかとなった(Nakajima et al.Heart Vessels 9:65-70,1995;Nakajima et al.,Journal of Molecular Cellular Cardiology(in press,1996))。又、近年、estrogenの補充療法が心血管系の死亡率を有意に低下させることが、報告されているが、その機序については不明であった。我々は、estrogenのこのCa^<2+>透過性陽イオンチャネルに対する作用につき検討するとともに、estrogenは、電位依存性L型Ca^<2+>チャネルを抑制することにより血管のtonusを調節していることを明らかにした(Nakajima et al.European Journal of Pharmacology 294:625-635,1995)。
2)気管平滑筋において、Ca^<2+>依存性Cl^-電流が、neurokininなどのagonist刺激や電位依存性L型Ca^<2+>電流の活性化による細胞外からのCa^<2+>流入により活性化され、その機序につき明らかにするとともに、細胞膜電位の脱分極と活動電位持続時間に明らかな影響をきたすことが、現在までの検討で明らかになった(Nakajima et al.,Pflugers Arch 430:552-562,1995;Hazama et al.,Journal of Physiology(London),in press),1996)。
