Research Abstract |
The following research projects have been activated with the objectives of observing how the local community Networks between non-Japanese residents and local Japanese residents start their mutual contact, and form daily Communicative networks, through the use of which non-Japanese residents Japanese language proficiency should be Enhancel. 1. A survey on the roles of the local networks in Hokkaido ; their general activities, specific issues, and the outline of Hokkaido Nihongo Kyoiku Network. 2. A nationwide survey of local community networks on the bases of the test survey conducted in Yamagata. 3. A survey in Hamamatsu city concerning the lives of Brazilians with Japanese heritage. 4. An analysis of the questionnaires distributed among Japanese language classes in Tokai area. 5. A survey of the supportive network in Osaka for the post-war returnees from China. 6. A survey of networks among international students and local Japanese residents.
