Research Abstract

低速多価イオンによる表面水素、表面不純物のポテンシャルスパッタリングイールド、及び、放出エネルギー・角度分布を時間敏感型2次元位置敏感検出器で測定した。以前のデータとのよい一致が確認された他,水素以外の2次イオンの放出エネルギーは1eV程度以下であるのに水素イオンは10eVにも達し、かつ、表面垂直方向から大きくずれて放出される事がはじめて確認された。これは我々の提唱しているポテンシャルスパッタリングモデルを支持する重要な知見であるとともに,今後の定量的表面水素分析の可能性をほぼ確実にした実験事実である。
