Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is examine the establishment process and factors of the Educational Personnel Certification Law. The framework to the analysis are the plans of the educational system curriculm for teacher education, especially the professional education in following bodies of the Normal School, the Ministry of Education, CIE (Civil Information and Education Section), the Japaneses Education Reform Council, etc. The results of this study, the Educational Personnel Certification Law was established under the models of teachers' college curriculum and certification in the U.S.A.And the factors of the Law are the leadership and suport of CIE,the investigation of teachers' college curriculum and certification of the Ministry of Educaion and the curriculum study of the Normal Schools staffs, for examples the Tokyo First Normal Schools' curriculum study, the Assicuation for Teacher Preparations' study and publishing. Next theme of this study are the finding out the draft the Educational Personnel Certification Laws, the investigation of discussion process in the Ministry of Education and CIE,and the analyzes of teacher education curriculum of the new Faculty of Education.
