Research Abstract |
(1) A unified model of pipelines in chemical plants has been developed for maintenance, operation and fault diagnosis. (2) The unified model has been applied to scheduling of operations of silo systems. A system has developed to generate the signed digraph of pipelines from the unified model. In order to reduce the size of the unified model (1) a qualitative model of degration has been separated from the unified model a method of decision-making based on scare measured data has been developed utilizing the above qualitative model. (3) a method of maintenance of pipeline has been developed based on the unified model of pipeline, the qualitative model of degradation and measured data.
