Research Abstract |
From 1995 we studied on antitumor effects of platinum analogue combined with hyperthermia. The mechanisum of antitumor effects was showed that increasing of tissue and intracellular concentration of drug. In this year the developmental study was performed about details of mechanisum of antitumor effect. 1.Hyperthemia affected on Pt transport by the way active transport. 2.The increasing of crosslinkage of Pt ion to DNA was seemed one of the mechanisum of antitumor effects platinum combined with hyperthermia.
