| Research Abstract |
A summary of this research is shown in the following
(1)Rehabilitation enterprise for outpatients with a mental disorder in establishments.
(1)In many establishments, some consideration was done for trainees, but some establishments were troubled with correspondence to them.
(2)There were many trainees begun work on the hour, but there were a few trainees who could take the lead.
(3)The many establishments demanded information about "total structure of the enterprise" "causes of mental disease" "methods to give attention" "concrete contents of rehabilitation".
(2)Community workshop for persons with a mental disorder.
(1)The trainees recognized that vocational ability was improved, but ability of personal relationship wasn't improved much by going to the community workshop.
(2)The role of community workshop recognized by trainees were "pleasure of life" "a frame of life" "have some relation with people", and the role that was hard to be recognized by them were "get mental and physical stability" "express oneself" "preparation towark working".
