| Research Abstract |
The purposes of this studies were to establish a fundamental database related to art education studies, and to enrich the database contents including the summary, and to examine the reference system. In the future, we aim at the establishment of information center that we carry out a further examination of the database of memoirs, specialized fields and art education. Furthermore we study that public education research institute incorporates it into database examination.
1995 : (1) We examined a form of handling of reference, format, data of Allison Research Index for the research that draws up database of art education studies. (2) To draw up database, we experimentally formed some formats of Excel, FileMaker Pro, HyperCard, and input these titles and summaries of master's thesis of 3 universities. (3) We inspected several input ways and several reference ways of database to examine characteristic of three software.
1996 : We collected a master's thesis and a doctoral dissertation to establish a format for basic database and to enrich the database contents.
1997 : To establish database about art education studies, we collected master's thesis and doctoral dissertation of 36 universities. The total number of data collecting became about 1000 data.
In recent years, internet has come into wide use. There are new methods to show people how to use database of art education studies on internet. We want to study the reference system on internet, to form the method that many people make good use of database of art education studies.
