| Research Abstract |
マウス皮内にTGFβを局注した後皮膚を採取し,結合組織成長因子の発現をin situ hybridization法を用いて検討したがbackgroundが強くコントロール群と有意な差は認められなかった。
マウス皮膚に直径5mmの皮膚欠損を作製し結合組織成長因子の発現を検討したが創部の状態が悪く有意な差は認められなかった。
ヒト病理組織標本を用いて,ケロイドと強皮症患者皮膚における結合組織成長因子の発現を検討した所,正常皮膚に比べて発現の増強がみられた。
表皮においてインテグリンとCD9の発現を検討した所インテグリンα3β1とCD9の関与が示唆され創傷治癒過程における発現を今後検討していく予定である。
