| Research Abstract |
Wister系雄性ラットを無麻酔下に断頭し全脳を摘出、ホモジナイズと遠心分離によりP2分画を採取し、不純物除去のためにTriton X-100で処理し、NMDA受容体を含んだ膜標本を得た。
この膜標本を用いてradiolabelled receptor assayを行った。
RIリガンドに[3H]glutamateを用いて2℃、incubation時間15分の条件下でNMDA受容体の存在を確認した。propofolのreceptorに及ぼす影響についての検討を行った結果、ばらつきが大きくreceptorに対するリガンドの結合の傾向がつかめない状態であるため、現在サンプル数を増やしての検討を行っている。更にこれらの手技に改良を加えながらmidazolamのNMDA受容体への影響を検討中である。
上記の結果は学会・論文等で発表予定である。
