| Research Abstract |
年々報告されているBRCA1の配列をもとにプライマーを作成した。
正常卵巣よりmRNAを抽出し、作成したプライマーを使用し、RT-PCR法により、BRCA1のCDNAを増幅した。
卵巣癌組織より、mRNを抽出した。また卵巣癌組織を固定後、組織切辺を作成した。
RT-PCRにて増幅したcDNAをプローブとして現在ノーザンプロット法、in situ dybsidization法により、BRCA1の発現を検討中である。
