| Research Abstract |
3Kg前後の日本白色家兎を用いた。麻酔導入には thiopental sodium (25mg/Kg)を使用し、麻酔維持には propofol (20mg/Kg/h)を使用した。鼠径部に浅下腹壁動静脈を血管柄とする遊離皮弁を挙上し、手術顕微鏡下に浅下腹壁動静脈を剖出切断後、血管吻合を行い元の位置に逢着した。術直後より径時的に水素クリアランス式血流計およびレーザードップラー血流計により血流の変動を24時間計測した。結果として術後6〜8時間で血流が術前値まであるいは越える値まで回復することが確認された。また、水素クリアランス法とレーザードップラー法の間には相関関係が確認された。今後は、炎症反応抑制下での血流量の変化を解明する予定である。
