Research Abstract	1 Main Research Results as below are reported in The First Research Report of the PROJECT. (1)Almost of all the elementary and lower secondary schools had begun TT(Team Teaching) since 1993, when the MONBUSHO made start TT policy. (2)Almost of the teachers who are responsible for TT has been engaged in teaching for 10 to 24 years. (3)TT in the subject of arithmetic or mathematics, sharing main-minor role of teaching in the classroom, based on whole teaching style is most popular. (4)More attention to individual learners in teaching situation and prevalence of talks and intercommunications between teachers was ranked as two major effects of TT by both of school principals and TT teachers. (5)Both of school principals and TT teachers needs more time to make arrangements for TT and incresement of TT Teachers. 2 Also, the research results of the actual conditions of research and teacher training for TT in the Educational Institutions or Centers established by urban and rural prefectures are reported in The Second Research Report of the PROJECT.
