| Research Abstract |
I prepared a workstation for data processing and I established a environment for linguistics software development. I decided to use BSD-UNIX.Many reserchers who work with corpra have had to develop software to address particular research needs and problems. I also have made a particular software system for KWIC concordance. It runs on BSD-UNIX, can handle large corpora files.
I collected 1,000,000,000 words from Nihon Keizai Shinbun CDROM, and have made a grammatical database.
I have developed Web-based server database application.
The URL of the WWW server is as follows.

This server shows many programs for text data processing and more.
