Research Abstract |
1.Experiments on the straight passage "The capable size to pass through" is over 780mm, and "the adequate size" is over 850mm. 2. Experiments on the corner passage The effective corner-cut size is over 300mm. "The capable size" is over 990mm, according to the result on right-turn (970mm) and left-turn (990mm) experiments. And in the case to cut the corner over 300mm, "the capable size" is over 900mm as the same trial on right-turn (900mm) and left-turn (890mm) . 3.Experiments on the opening It's not effective to spread the width of opening in the case of the passage under 850mm. "The capable size" is over 1000mm on the passage 900mm wide, and when the passage is spread to 950mm wide it's capable to pass through at 930mm. If it's spread to 1000mm wide, the opening width is able to reduce to 830mm still more.
