Research Abstract |
In case of modeling the constitutive relationship of fiber reinforced material, it is imporant to know the nonlinear bond behavior between fiber and matrix. The objective of this study is to obtain basic data to develop a general constitutive relationship based on the bond behavior of each steel fiber embedded in high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). The summary of this study is shown as follows. 1. Experiment on deformational property of SFRC : The behavior of steel fiber subject to uniaxial tension and shear was investigated with fiber type (straight, hooked and anchored fibers) and fiber angle (0,30,45,60 degrees) as parameters. The effect of fiber type and fiber angle on the force-displacement relationship was clarified. 2. Modeling of deformational property of steel fiber : The force-displacement relationships of steel fiber under uniaxial tension and shear were modeled by the multilinear model. 3. Development of simulation method for fiber reinforced material : It was confirmed that an analysis method suitable for parallel computation can be developed by combining the simulation method using microstructural unit elements with the domain decomposition method.
