Research Abstract |
This is Study on The Evaluation Method about Unevenness on Surface of Substratum and Finish for Coating and Covering Floors'. First, 9 substratum boards each having 12 holes with different size(depth and diameter) as unevenness of substratum were coated with 3 kind of coating floors materials in 3 kinds of thickness. Second, the depth(or height) of each surface unevenness grown on coating floors were measured and the relative between depth and size of holes of substratum were discussed. Third, an allowable limit of unevenness of substratum to make surface of coating floors even was established as an example. Forth, I examined correlation between the grades of unevenness from viewpoint of vertical acceleration on casters which had various specifications (weight, diameter of wheel, running rate and solidness of wheel), and showed the possibility of ranking unevenness hierarchically by the acceleration and the necessity of considering not only unevenness but also solidness of floors when we evaluate unevenness of floors. Fifth, I investigated the relationship between defects of substratum concrete floor and impropriety of floors, and investigated the relationship between the impropriety in the construction of substratum concrete floor and defects on substratum concrete floor surfaces, especially unevenness, insufficiency of strength of surfaces and rain marks. Finally, we experimented with verifying defects caused by the impropriety, and confirmed and pointed out the proper importance of.the planning and management in the construction.
