Research Abstract |
This study is collection of information of the geographical location about the soil type, especially collection of information about the soil type of the low land which there is in a crisis of extinction. In other words it is making of Soil Red Data Book. And collection of information about making of the soil monolith, and colleciton of various type of soil monolith. I sent a questionnaire to the reserchers such as pedologist society, a soil laboratory of university, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and soil laboratory of agriculture/forestry of a prefecture about 800 places. 193 information gathered for the a crisis of extinction soil. Various stages and kinds are mixed in these information and various the spot and the reason of extinction anxiety. I examined collection method and gathered 20 soil monoliths. As for questionnaire result, there are the most data from Hokkaido, Okinawa and Kagoshima. In the soil type, it was about half of report with red/yellow soil and kuroboku soil. The major reason why these soil disappears is by residential land and agriculture development. It became clear by investigation study of this time to fall into the very critical situation.
