Research Abstract |
We have practiced investigations and researches about for the development of central wholesale market of marine products for three years since 1996. There are more ten markets which we visited for this term, for example Sapporo, Morioka, Kitakami, Hanamaki, Sendai, Fukushima, Kouriyama, Nagoya, Gifu , Kanazawa, Nara, Fukuoka, Saga and Kagoshima. The research result is the following. 1. The competitions between markets are hard at the block of Touhoku ; on the other hand , are not hard at Kyushu. In short , regional differences are large. 2. The market in which action of Wholesale dealer is active (the market is active) can correspond to change quickly and has reorganized the organization already. 3. A management is not always connected with market active. In other word, no debt Wholesale dealer is more negative to management, and cannot invest to future. 4. Development direction of central wholesale markets is in the correspondence to supermarket. But it need the total marketing (information, organizing ability, a man of talent), an all central wholesale market are limited to correspond. 5. After all, the central wholesaler market that cannot correspond to supermarket must clear the direction that "the development function of a place of production" change to "the development function of commodity"
