| Research Abstract |
本研究においては、ニワトリPGCの利用を実用化するに当って必要な初期胚血液中におけるPGCの動態について検討を行なった。
その結果,1)血液1μl中のPGC数はステージ14から15にかけて多くステージ16以後減少すること 2)15℃での保存期間が2週間に達した場合は、有意に減少すること 3)母鶏間差が存在することが明らかになった.
今後はPGCに関する細胞生物学的検討並びにPGCに特異的なマーカーの検索が必要であると考えられる
