Research Abstract

The conceptual basic for blood transfusion, autologous blood transfusion increases nonspecific innusnty, but allogenic blood transfusion decrease it. We measured cytokines, and studied the influence of autologous blood transfusion.
With appeal of informed concoct, 24 patients scheduled for oral surgery were enrolled in this study. They divided into 3 groups, one of group was useless of blood transfusion(it was boric 8 cases.) and next group were operated saggital split ramous cstectomy (SSRC). (In 4 cares used hemodilutional autotransfusion, and another 4 cases used autotransfusion.) The remain, malignant tumor groups, in 4 cases were received autulogous and allogenic blood transfusion, the other 4 cases were received antologous blood transfusion nly. All of them were measured IL-1B.IL-6. ACTH at preoperative, pot operative of one day. 7 day. And 10 day.
There were no siynifuant degres in IL-1B and ACTH in these divided 3 groups. In IL-6. increased malignant tuner that wed allergenic blood transfusion, and in SSRO . Antologous blood transfusion is better than henclilutind blood transfusion.
