Research Abstract

Ti(O^iPr)_4と2当量の^iPrMgXの反応で得られる2価チタン錯体を用いる以下の合成反応の開発を行った。
1)ビス不飽和化合物の環化反応
アレンインの環化反応により5員環環状アリル化合物を収率良く合成できた。また光学活性アレンを用いることにより不斉合成への展開が可能であることを明らかにした。不飽和エステルの環化反応により従来例のないタンデム環化が進行することを明らかにし、この反応を利用し、天然物サビネンの不斉合成を達成した。
2)ヘテロ環化合物の新規合成法の開発
2価チタン錯体を用いる分子内求核アシル置換反応により新しいヘテロ環合成手法として確率を図ることができた。特にアミノ酸をN-アリル化あるいはN-プロパルギル化した後、2価チタンを作用させ分子内求核アシル置換反応を行わせ、環状含窒素化合物の実用的な不斉合成法を開発できた。
