Research Abstract |
The present paper is aiming to develop the system that is able to do a comprehensive urban planning by making clear the complicated relation among land-use, transportation and environment. First, a data transformation model is developed. Various geographical data are used for a planning. The data at a certain time, in a certain space and of a certain object directly are not able to be obtained. These data, therefore, are obtained by transforming the data that are made with various specification many stages. The transformation route that is a minimum error out of several routes is required to be chosen. This research develops the data transformation model by using the equation of propagation of error and confirms efficiency by using actual data. The transformation route with minimum stages, that tends to be chosen by many researchers, does not necessarily give a minimum error. Second, the development of the land-use model is promoted. The analysis unit of the former land-use model was the large zone like grids of a several hundreds meter even the minimum so far. This research develops the bid-rent model that selects the change of building types from a former type in consideration of the demolition and the construction cost. The analysis unit of the model is a detailed land division unit, The high capability of explanation for a detailed model is confirmed by applying this model to the Sendai city. Third, the heat island effect is taken up as an urban environmental problem. The statistics model that introduces a spatial autocorrelation term is developed and is able to explain the relation between the land-use and environment. This research promotes the development of system that enables the comprehensive urban planning throughout the such problems as land-use, transportation and environment.
