Research Abstract |
(1) RECOMBINANT PORCINE BEEN SUCCESSIVELY PRODUCED AND THE BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS WERE EXAMINED. THE BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES WERE OBSERVED. (2) EXPRESSION VECTOR FOR PORCINE LH WAS CONSTRUCTED AND EXAMINED LH PRODUCTION. THE RESULT SHOWED THE LOW LEVEL OF EXPRESSION AS FSH. (3) ANTIBODY FOR RECOMBINANT PORCINE FSH WAS PRODUCED. THE ANTISERUM REACTED WITH ONLY PORCINE FSH IN COMPETITIVE IMMUNOASSAY SYSTEM, INDICATING THAT THE ANTISERUM IS SPECIES-SPECIFIC. IN THE NON-COMPETITIVE USAGE SUCH AS IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY, THE ANTI-RECOMBINANT PORCINE FSH ANTISERUM GAVE POSITIVELLY IMMUNOREACTIVE PITUITARY CELLS FOR SEVERAL MAMMALS. (4) USAGE OF RECOMBINANT PORCINE FSH FOR IN VITRO FERTILIZATION WAS EXAMINED. RECOMBINANT PORCINE FSH INDUCED THE GVBD OF PORCINE OOCYTES BUT NOT THAT OF BOVINE OOCYTES.
