Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the intervention program against bullying in school. (That program make reference to Dan Olweus Bullying at school, Backwell, 1993.) The main findings are follows. 1. At the school level, questionnaire survey, school conference day and meeting stuff-parents are important. But they are not carried out sufficiently. 2. At the class level, class rules against bullying, regular class meetings, common positive activities and cooperative learning are particularly important. And they are almost carried out. 3. At the individual level, serious talks with bullies and victims, serious talks with parents of involved students are important. And they are almost carried out.
