Research Abstract |
On this research, I make some factual surveys about Global Alliance of telecommunications business. In the United States, Telecommunications Act of 1996 came into force on the 24th of February. M&A and the global alliance have been of wide prevalence since then. In the European Union, the full-scale deregulation of telecommunications business was effective on after the beginning of 1998. Some big national flag carriers of telecommunications businesses - called 'Mega Carriers' in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and so on - are quite influential in the European telecommunications market. In Japan, NTT will be divided into 4 companies on July 1st 1999. After then, NTT will be able to operate the international telecommunications. The united system , is niade up of international-long distance-regional telecommunications business system , will be soon completed. We call the system 'One-stop Shopping', 'End to End Service' or 'Seamless Service'.
