Research Abstract |
1. Conducting polymer which have characteristic of gel was used to control the conductivity of the path of the network instead of using the third electrode. Dopants in this kind of conducting polymer move in and out during the process of swelling and shrinkage. The resistance in the path of the network depends on the pre-process for learning process. 2. A simple network of a conducting polymer was prepared and was checked whether it has characteristic of clearing effect or not. The resistance of the path in the network which set in the process of learning pulses changed less than the one which did not set in the process. 3. An composite film of the simple network had a better conductivity than the single film.
