Research Abstract |
Present research was produced to reveal the mechamism of regularly patterned structure of the organ and the topological consorted growing orientations with organic specific differentiations in the epithelial-mesenchymal composed organ. We used the developmental murian and cow's palatine ridge systems and also the developmental cow's ruminal papillary system for an investigation of structural patterns of analysis, and the murian intestinal system for the functional diffrentiation of analysis under the cell cycle controls. While, control mechanisms of some specific gene expresssions and the cell cycle systems for the morphogenesis in above digestive organs were recomfirmed to be affected with the consorted expressions of many extra-cellular matrices, those of cell adhesion mollecules, those of integlins at the interface between the epithelial cell and the subepithelial mesenchyme, and also those of intracelluar micro-fibriles (J. Vet. Med. Sci., 1997, 1999). The cell cycle was known to be controled by the cell proliferation and the programed cell death. Present developmental systems in vivo strongly suggested to the primary intiations of structural position and growing orientations with specific functional diffrentiations would be also affected with the cell cycle systems (Immunology, 1999, in preparation for submission). Additionaly, methods for the organ-culture system of present research and for the detection with some mRNAs in cell system and cell differentiations would be masterd under present accumplised research.
